Anthony Piccola, CSIO, is a 25 year veteran of the amusement industry. Anthony’s Lean-Six Sigma approach brings a dynamic level of discipline to projects that insures that facilities are designed and equipped for peak operating performance. Anthony’s focused ability to pair people and technology to create revenue-generating, world-class guest experiences is complemented by his ability to inject strategy and controls into fast-tract projects. Anthony’s disciplines include project management, supply chain & logistics management, inventory & loss controls, technology integrations and store branding & deployment. Anthony is a former Corporate Senior Manager for Emaar Retail, a UAE company focused on building and operating aquariums, ice rinks, cinemas, amusement parks and retail brand franchises across the Middle East. In this capacity, Anthony oversaw the planning and deployment for all new retail store operations, including all technology and information systems, warehouse configurations and inventory controls and coordination of expatriate staff hiring, as well as, managing the continuity of planning, integrations and deployments for the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, the Dubai Ice Rink, Reel Cinema, Sega Republic Theme Park, Kidzania Children’s Theme Park and the Burj 124 Experience. Prior to Emaar, Anthony served as the Corporate Manager of Purchasing for Six Flags Theme Parks. In this role, Anthony controlled supply chain and logistical functions for over 25 amusement and waterpark locations across North America.
