ILP’s most notable project has been The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest mall (as seen on The Discovery Channel). In this monumental project, ILP served as the operations consultant to the mall developer, Emaar Malls Group, for all leisure and entertainment offerings. This included The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, The Dubai Ice Rink, Experience 124, Sega Republic Theme Park, Kidzania Entertainment Park and Reel Cinemas. ILP produced the business plan for a new subsidiary formed by the developer to operate the venues called Emaar Retail. ILP was also charged with the development of operational standards and customer relations programs for Emaar Retail. Additionally, ILP assisted Emaar with leadership recruitment and training.
